YUMMY!I literally eat here 3 times a week, always good and always consistent. I usually get the Teriyaki Chicken Rice bowl... Go get it!

Small place, very clean, laid back atmosphere. Mostly run by younger people (20s - 30s I would guess). The food is among the best in state college (I have toention Chop Stix Express as well - I would not want to have to say which is better). I really like some of the more creative items on the menu; I heartily recommend the sweet potato roll.

The beef broth was the best beef broth I had ever had. It was strong, but in this case, that was a good thing. I could’ve drank 2 more bowls of just the broth. The beef in the soup was very tender and just what I expected. I would definitely order the noodle soup again.

Got a nice Chicken Garlic Sauce over the art fest weekend. Absolutely the best Garlic Sauce I have ever had in my life so far.

Overall, it is a very good Chinese restaurant. Service is very nice. Foods are fresh! General Tso Chicken is excellent---small chucks with lightly breaded, sauce is just about right sweet and sour---taste like pineapple!!! Excellent!!! I will come back again!!!

Okay, not fantastic, but okay. General Tso's chicken was okay, everything else was a bit greasy. Even though they just opened all the prices have been jacked up by 10% already. Egg roll prices doubled! And don't be fooled by the "8th TOP Restaurant" sign, they simply cut off the part that said "vote for us"-- pretty deceptive, just like their menu and food.

I have been to State College couple times for business, but never found a good place for city standard Chinese restaurant. Yummy Cafe is definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the area. Very Fresh, Very Clean! Check out their rice dishes. It is so authentic.
